Processing Time
All items are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time-if so, estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard U.S. Shipping is always FREE and 3-7 business days.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather or peak shipping seasons.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. She Gone Bolo is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shegonebolo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to work with you and the carrier to find a resolution. Photos of any damage may be required.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned to us may be reshipped at the buyer's expense or we will issue a full refund instead.
